Question Fx-8320 system fan settings

Hello I was wondering what is the best system settings for my amd fx8320 With a cooler master vortex plus
With a unidentified 2 sticks of 8 gig ram . And a rx580. and a 760gma - p34 fx motherboard

I was wondering what a best target for my cpu to run off . So things like the Target temp and the computer would try to stay a that temp and a Minimal fan speed. For when the computer is at rest

So what exactly is it you are needing to know about in regard to "settings". Are you wanting to know what kind of fan profile to run for the CPU cooler? Something else? Tell us exactly what it is you are trying to do, with as much information and backstory as possible, within reason.

A good place to start would be to list the FULL hardware specifications for your system including motherboard model, PSU model, case, memory, case fans, etc.
