I was running my FX-8320E on Windows 8.1 with AMD Overclock @ 4.3GHz, x 21.5, 1.3985v, but I have now upgraded to Windows 10 and any changes done with AMD Overclock result in a blank screen which needs a restart to sort it.
I have also had the problem (including Windows 8.1) that if I try overclocking in bios I just get blue screen.

Specs:
AMD Bulldozer FX-8320E
Gigabyte GA-990FXA-D3
Corsair PC3-10700H CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 16GB
Gigabyte NVIDIA GTX970 WindForce OC
Samsung 256GB SSD
Corsair Hydro H100i Water Cooler

AMD Overclock, or AMD Overdrive?

Fiddling with settings in the BIOS shouldn't give you a blue screen unless there is something horribly wrong, to my knowledge. I would reset settings to factory defaults, and do some trouble-shooting.
