Hey im building a gaming rig for the first time. i did a lot of research on the internet asked few peoples and didnt get a good answer, Im new in this domain so even if i read some thing i dont fully understand it
I want to play at 2k resolution ( moniteur asus VX24AH )
from what i ve learnt ( correct me if im wrong with a small explanation plz) i should be investing more the gpu to able to play at 2k, so i decided to buy this rig:
-8go ram 1600 kingston
-Gpu im waiting for the new amd flahship r9 390- or crossfire R9 290/290x ( any other suggestions? my bufget is limited for 650 euros for the gpu)
-for tye cpu i read it hasnt a lot of effect on gaming, some forum said the fx 8350 could do the job while others said the 4690k is better but it costs 75euros more, so is it worth it with the intel cpu? or should i put the extra money on the gpu and get the fx? i also read that the fx could use some o;c to 4,5 to run thing smoothly. Is it true? (im newbie in these things but a friend could help with the oc), in this case what mobo (not expensive, just to do the job) should i get?
Help :??:

No insult intended, but the Asus VX24AH is a 2560 x 1440 resolution monitor, which in general is referred to as 1440p, or WQHD.

If you set a total budget many of us can suggest a complete build. In general the intel cpu's will be the better choice for gaming, especially if buying a high-end gpu. Also, if you're new into building pc's, it might be a good idea to start off with a non-overclock build, since overclocking can get pretty complicated and can be very time-consuming.
