fx 8350 and msi gtx 980 is bottleneck ?

Hi. right now im using FX 8350 and R9 270x i decide to upgrade my gpu to MSI GTX 980 will my gpu Bottleneck ?

no, it wouldn't. FX 8350 is a good performer (even OC'd FX 6300 still good enough) and 980 is a good match for it. You'll be fine...

500-600watts for SAFE ZONE if you plan to OC it...

it's cutting it too close, since the quality is OKAY. Just get new PSU to be safe. I recommend EVGA Supernova 650, solid build and good component quality.
