I've been theorizing a new computer build, and are wondering if the AMD FX-8350 processor is compatible with the following motherboard:

I would not recommend it.
You should look into getting a solid 990 chipset board, or some specific 970 boards.

What is your budget for the motherboard?

No no no no no micro ATX boards with 8 core AMD processors. At least a solid (heh heh) 970 ATX board. A 990 or 990FX would be the best option. If I can remember the model off the top of my head, the M5A99X Evo is a good beard for the money.
