Hi guys, I have a FX-8350 in idle the temperature is 25º Celsius and the maximum load is 65º Celsius. I have an ID Cooling 903 cooler, should I be concerned? My systemboard is asrock 970 extreme3 r2.0.

No need to be worried it starts to get hotter then 67c max load for a hr or so then i would give it a break i had no issue with my fx8350 for 12yrs 72c max at it heaviest load "HEAVY HEAVY LOAD" Gaming and 3d rendering 2 months before deciding time for ryzen. Still kicking today as my little brothers first tinkering pc so he dosn't fry the computer are dad got him

One of the 125w FX cpus(FX-8350) in a 4+1 phase motherboard...
Also, the FX chips officially used the 'distance to TJ Max' reading; 61C for the 8350.

What program did you use to see temperatures ? There are 2 temperatures to be concerned with, Package (up to 90c) and Core (up to 70c) safely.
AMD Overdrive will give you most accurate results.
