FX 8350, FX 8320, FX 8320E, i5 4460, Best w/ GTX 970

Hello, I do have a few options when it comes to putting together a new computer and I was wondering which CPU would combo good with the GTX 970. The options are the FX 8350, the FX 8320, and the i5 4460. They're all about the same price but the 8320 is about $30, The FX 8320E is about $20 off the 8350, and the 8350 is about $10 off the i5. The FX's are unlocked and I might overclock, but would be later in the future. Thanks for the help

For gaming the i5 is an easy choice over the FX.

I forgot to mention that I stream a little bit and I do video editing and stuff like Photoshop, so would that effect anything?

Applications such as rendering and video work do benefit from more cores.
So its down you your call, slightly faster render times, or a better gaming experience.

edit: I'm benching an FX-8320E on a Gigabyte 78LMT with an R9 280X -- I can run some Futuremark for you with the CPU at 4GHz if you are interested.

unless you don't want to overclock, there isn't much point in getting the 8350, as the 8320 is identical in every way except out the box clock speed.
