FX 8350 Hotfix

So I saw a video a while back of Tek Syndicate reviewing the 8350. In that video he showed a windows hotfix for the 8350 so that windows 7 can read all eight cores.

my question is how do i get these hotfixes and how do i know they are working?

Some guy was claiming 10% better performance on youtube, not sure if this is true or not have any tests been made?

They will 'work'. Whether you will see a performance difference or not will depend on what you're doing. I didn't see any difference with my old FX 8320.
