FX 8350 noise

My cooler on FX 8350 is making too much noise even when im not doing anything on it. What should i do and what's the problem?

Make sure the case will the support the H7 needs to be able to support a 145mm in height.

nothing you can really do about it, fx cpus are extremly power hungry and produce so much heat. the max temp on fx cpus is 55c so the cooler has to work extra hard to keep it there, considering many cpu have max temp at 100c or 70c their coolers can relax because the cpu has head room

bottom line, upgrade cpu because even if you get custom cooler it will still be pretty loud
