Question fx-8350 not working

I'm having trouble with my FX-8350 I recently got an 990fxa gaming mobo for Christmas with an fx-8350 in it. I tried to use the mobo with the cpu, and i turned it on, fans, gpu, no boot. I tried with my Phenom ll x4, fans, gpu, boot. I have no idea what could be the problem with this.

specs:
cpu: fx-8350
gpu: gtx 470
mobo: 990fxa Gaming
ram: 24gigs corsair vengeance (2x 8gigs) (2x 4gigs)
psu: lepa n500

no bent pins and it is supported
