fx 8350 only at 30º

so windows 10 updated today, and my cpu doesent go up more than 30º(usually 55 to 63), even if i stress test him doesent go up from that, and my fps are a lot low cuz of that, my gtx 560 ti normally goes to 70 72 at overwatch, and its at 58 59, my fps normally are 150 now they are at 90 80 what did happen

Your English is bad and this is hard to understand. Does the CPU temperature increase by 30C or is it only getting up to 30C? You say "Usually 55 to 63" but does this mean it had normally increased by 55-63C or normally increased to 55-63C? What temperatures did you have for the CPU before and what do you have now?

Low temperatures are desirable. You say "my fps are a lot low cuz of that" (sic) but this phrasing leads me to believe that you believe high FPS come from high temperature. That's not how it works - high temperatures are a result of the chip being fully utilized. Likely your CPU or GPU is not being utilized completely, for whatever reason, and as a result your performance is suffering and because they're not being fully utilized they don't generate as much heat and therefore the temperatures are lower.

Assuming you're a competent person, you have a backup of your OS drive. I'd suggest you use your backup and restore to before the Windows 10 Update and see if things return to normal. If they do then clearly the update is to blame.

If you don't have a backup, (1) try to use System Restore to restore to before the update, (2) try to uninstall the update and see if things return to normal, and (3) establish a backup routine. If none of those work and you have an unused drive, then install that into the system, put Windows on it, and see what happens in games and such. If it works normally then it's a software issue of some sort. Ensure that your drivers are up-to-date.

my cpu temps playing overwatch usually reach 58-63 cº

now they dont go over 30cº even when stressing cpu, whit bench test cpu would get like 7500 score, now it gets 3200

my gpu playing overwatch would go to 68-73 now its 60 cº

low temps is desirable but when it goes from 60 cº to 30 cº whitout any upgrade or change its usually lack of preformance

this all happaned after a little windows update

W10 ? Check Power Options in control panel > Your power saving plan > Advanced > CPU minimum and maximum settings.
