FX 8350 or FX 8370 on MSI 970 gaming mobo

Should i buy Fx 8350 or 8370? I am playing games and sometimes using Autodesk apps (autocad mechanical and inventor)
My motherboard is MSi 970 gaming
Gpu: Gtx 760

They are nearly identical. Both are 4GHz and the 8370 will boost a tiny 100Mhz more. Only positive thing about the 8370 is that it might be better binned for a higher overclock but it might not be also. I would just go with the FX 8350 if it's cheaper.

board should support both but i'd go for the 8370 if looking for higher frequency
