I have recently upgraded to an FX 8350 and I am currently in the process of overclocking it. I am currently at 4.6 Ghz and 1.332 V, and have been running Prime95 for about two hours. The Core temp in both CPUID and CoreTemp are reading about 57 C, but I am continuously getting warnings that my CPU is going over 65 C from my computer. Should I be worried or is this just a false warning? (The motherboard I am running is the Crossfire Formula V - Z)

Solution
I know its's late but here is your answer : CPUID and Coretemps got misreading of temperatures. Most software have issues reading temp from AMD CPU.

See with HWinfo or HWmonitor and read motherboard socket temp for an accurate reading.

As an example, Coretemp is currently reading 18 C on my CPU while the real temp on HWmonitor for CPU socket is 40 C. You can also see that Coretemp reading aren't stable at low temp.

At higher temps, the gap is even wider. so be careful, you might need to consider a new cooling system.
What kind of heat sink do you have? If your CPU is hitting in the 60's on a stock cooler or even an air cooler while running prime95 it should be ok. Only when it gets above 70 that you have to worry.

Also what program is giving you the Temp Warning?
