FX 8350 problems

I have an AMD FX 8350 with an ASRock 970DE3/U3S3 that won't display any input through any of my graphics cards, I've tested all my graphics cards in another pc and they work fine but will not display input on this particular pc the PC on bit will not post-beep anymore. I've spoken to several people about this, and all I got was solutions like switch the graphical input from motherboard to GPU which I've tried but can't because there is no way to outside of the bios and securing the CPU fan both didn't work. Is there some way of fixing this

First line under motherboard Specifications:
- Support up to 95W AM3+ processors

The FX-8350 has a 125 watt TDP so is not supported.

I managed to get it working before so I'm wondering why if the tdp is still to high

And if so where would be the best place to buy AM3/AM3+ motherboards online as I cannot find any store that sells this other than eBay with boards that don't have the required TDP support

AM4 CPUs were announced February 22, 2017 and arrived on March 2, 2017. The new AM4 replaced AM3+ motherboards so they have largely been discontinued and are no longer available new from retailers.
