Fx 8350 & r9 270x toxic wattage

I'm planning on building a gaming machine. And i wondered if 500 w psu is enough for fx 8350 overclocked to 4,5 GHz and 270x toxic edition?

depends on the PS. why not get a plain 270? same card/can get same clocks.

The psu is a corsair cx 500, But isn't it harder to get the high clock speeds with stock cards? And they run hotter.

ive heard and saw on youtube about the 270 vs the 270X and the 270 can overclock better then the 270x cause of it being stock.
