Solution Maxime506 Jul 15, 2013 Here is a tomhardware review of fx-8350: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/fx-8350-vishera-review,3328-2.html if cooling's fine. 4.5ghz shouldn't be a problem. I've got 3.9ghz (not turbo, I manually set it, stock freq 3.5Ghz) on my fx-6300 by the stock cooler
