FX 8350 to 4.5

hello i have an Asus M5A97 r2.0 and i know it has a low PowerPhase and i will use Hyper 212 Evo with it and i wanted to check if i can at least reach 4.5ghz

if cooling's fine. 4.5ghz shouldn't be a problem. I've got 3.9ghz (not turbo, I manually set it, stock freq 3.5Ghz) on my fx-6300 by the stock cooler
