Fx-8350 vs i7 6700k/i5 6600k build help me

I'm looking forward to build a gaming/streaming pc. At first I thought that i'm going with i7 but i did some calculations. And by next year (summer to be presice) I might not get money together for i7 build, would have to wait 2 months more. At the end of the summer or halway through summer. So I thought i5, but now I'm thinking of fx8350 also, because of the price. But gaming benchmarks are so bad with the fx8350 like 50% less fps than i7. I'm going to pair it either r9 390 or 390x. Awesome gpu's. Which onr should I go? Can i5 stream games like bo3, league of legends, cs go or eveb fallout 4 720p30/60fps? Or fx8350 does it better? Or should I just wait till I can grab the i7. The other things are mobos. I have been recommended sabertooth 990xa mobo and for intel I would want asus z170-a. Sabertooth cost 30 eur more in my country. I don't know whst to do. I want solid build to last me for 4-6 years, upgrading some part maybe. Atleast cpu should last for that long. My budget is around 1000-1300 eur for pc and then 250 eur for monitor, I have already chosen monitor asus vg248qe. Recommend me builds for that price. Oh and If you know any cheaper mobos for intel, you're free to tell me. Gigabyte 990xa ud3 is the other option for fx8350. But fx8350 performs so poorly 🙁. And if you know any better gpus then recommend them also or include them in your builds.

But I keep the price as low as possible. Under 1000 if you can. I'm going to buy gpu anyways after few months. At first i'm gonna use my gt440 😛. And then upgrade. It should run fine csgo and lol

Maybe not to go with sich a expensive monitor and stick to 60hz? 😛
