FX 8350 Wattages for each clock speed

My FX 8350 at 4.0 GHz is about 100-200 watts, and I was wondering what the wattage of the CPU is when clocked at 3.4 GHz, 2.8 GHz, 2.1 GHz and 1.4 GHz.

Ok are they ones you put in the wall and plug the pc into or a piece of hardware that plugs into my pc?

Yes a Kill-A-Watt you can find at RadioShack/Source or such, plugs into the wall and you plug the source you want to measure into it and it reads out the wattage and amp and such.
