Fx 8350 with m5a99fx pro.r2 No voltage control

So i have this problem with my cpu that i play cs go moslty and when non oc the fps is like 150 to 300 with gtx 780ti oc from gigabyte when i try to overclock the cpu, after 1 game it laggs out and than its fine for a mimute and then same shit sound loop and black screen. Also prime 95 after like 2 minutes the freq goes to 1500mhz from 4.5 ghz on all cores

I tried mostly everything. Getting the new ryzen cpu 1700x in the near future..

Than you're not overclocking right, or overheating if you are on stock cooling still. AMD's overclock pretty easy with good cooling and a bit of work.

I have a custom water loop but the vrms are hot af. The core is under 40c but when i touch the vrm cooler on mobo woow it feels like 70c
