Fx 8370 black edition oc 4.7ghz at 1.35v full load temp 54 cpu 45 on package is it safe to go further. I don't know what is considered winning the silicon lottery for this processor. But I feel this is a good speed even tested reliability playing wow for 4 hours straight and cod infinite warefare for 3 hours right after.

I had a 8320 for almost 5 years and was able to do 4.7 just because, was not a 24/7 oc, a crash like once a week or so. I mean if you want you can try 5 at like a higher voltage. Fyi, make sure your vrms are cooled sufficiently if you are going to overclock and change the voltage.
I will believe it when I see it. The computer would have a hard time booting up. The voltage is way too low. On top of that 54c at full load? Not a chance with that cpu. If your going to make that kind of idle bragging here you will have to prove it. I know of what I speak.

An old build of mine. An 8370 is just an overclocked 8350.

i did 25mins of cpuz stress test also

im still new to this site im still learning how to post stuff so can you ease up a little just want advice not to be called a lair or anything THANKS!

Use this to test the stability. Scroll down for the program. It is to stress test the cpu. Run torture test. Use small FFTs. Run it an hour. If no crashes it can be considered stable. Many people actually run it 24 hours. However since this is more stress then you will ever put on your system during regular use it is not necessary.

While you are doing that Run this program in the background. HWMonitor. Collapse anything that does not have to do with the vcore, cpu speed, and cpu temps.

When you have done all of this get pictures of all these together. Then post it someplace like imgur and put the link here. That will be proof.

It will look like this. Not only will show us what you have but you will know it is stable. I tested mine for only 10 minutes to show you how to do it. Mine is already stable, don't need to go an hour. Side note: Intel cpus have a higher heat tolerance then AMD FX series. Try to keep it below 62c. At 72c it will start to throttle down.
