Hi all , i'd really need some help. I have this fx-9590 and i would like to keep it cool for long times because it shuts down around 79C while playing high end games ( far cry 4 , ac unity, and so on).
Now i'm using arctic freezer a30 by the way, but a30 can't handle this cpu it seems.

my rig:
CPU: AMD FX 9590 8x4.7GHz (arctic freezer a30 atm )
RAM: 2x4GB DDR3 1600 Corsais Vengeance CL8
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 290 Reference 4GB 512bit gpu
MB: ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 MB
256GB Hynix SSD
PSU: Chiftec 750W modular psu
HOUSE: Zalman Z11 Plus with +1 fan ( 12 cm)

I was looking at the zalman reserator 3 max dual or the zalman reserator 3 max water cooling system. It says it fits in my pc house ( i'm not sure though). zalman claims this cooler can handle heat up to 400W.
Will it keep the fx 9590 under 60C for long time under stress( games) ??
Will it fit for my rig? which one to choose dual or simple?
Thanks in advance for any helpfull replies.

Reserator did not perform well in tests. For 9590, you need high end cooling. I'd suggest some better options:

Air:

Phanteks TC14PE
Noctua NHD14 or NHD15

Water - CLCs:

Cooler Master H100i (a little loud)
Cooler Master H110 (2 x 140mm fans so check case compatability)
ZNXT Kraken x60/x61 (2 x 140mm fans)
Enermax Liqtech 240 ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x3fWYb_8mRQ )
* I think they also make a 3-fan version of the Enermax
Cooler Master Seidon 240m ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jh4onFJBl7A )
Swiftech H220x ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pt5_dU-15v8 )

Water - Custom Kits:
* Radiators are high end and can get LARGE. Check case compatability.

Alphacool Kits - 240, 360 or 480 if available and fits...

TBH I would actually also look into a Different Case, Especially with a CPU like that, your want as Much airflow as possible, and with your current case your actually very limited. If your able I'd look into say a Corsair Carbide Air 540.

Here is my setup in that case.

This should give you a good idea of the amount of Airflow this case has over your current 1, your also be able to fit just about Any Rad that isn't a 480mm, in this case you can fit a 120/140 in the rear a 240/280 up top and a 280/360 in the front of the case.
