Other Fixes with this same CPU have not seemed to help. I might be doing something wrong in fixing the issue so that is why I came here!
My specs are
CPU: AMD FX-9590 4.70 GHz (5.0GHz Turbo) Eight-Core
Motherboard:GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3 R5 AMD 990 ATX
GPU: AMD Radeon R9 Fury Nano 4GB
CPU Cooler: Asetek 570LXL 240mm Liquid CPU Cooling System w/ Copper Cold
Plate (2 x Standard 120MM Fans)
PSU: ATNG 600 Watts - Standard 80 Plus Certified Power Supply

I have turned off the turbo in the bios as well as the "Cool and quiet mode", "C1E", "SVM", "Core 6 State", "HPC".
The temps for the CPU during the crash is 50 degrees it has been crashing during my Destiny 2 playthrough. The GPU temps are around 50 whenever it happens as well. anything else needed i can prove I just need more help!

This is a stunningly poor PSU on which to be running this CPU. If for some odd reason someone wants to use a 9590, they really need a stable, high-end power supply.

Here's the least expensive PSU I'd use with this CPU to even bother.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: SeaSonic - FOCUS Plus Gold 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($78.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $78.99

For long-term stability, you'll also need a serious upgrade of your cooler. That cooler is a very basic one that boutique builders tend to throw in, typically the "free upgrade!" variety to make it sound like you're getting something. Again, on a CPU this hot and unstable, it's Corsair h100 or better.

Even after all this, it may still not be stable and you'll need to, as James suggests, downclock it to 8350 levels.
