FX 9590 Heat reduction?

Hello all,

I have FX 9590, with a Corsair H80i.

I was wondering, how to reduce the heat output, my room temperature raises really high after 3 hours.

Would disabling cores? down clocking help? or a Corsair H100i make any difference?

(FX9590 stays at 47C underload w/ H80i)

The h100i won't make a bit of difference other than with the chip itself. The heat output has only the room to go into. The options you listed are really the only way achieve lower heat. You can try undervolting first while staying at stock clock speeds or pull way back and basically bring the CPU down to an 8350 level.
