On a tight budget here, I wanted to upgrade from Athlon II X2 250 + HD5570 1GB + 4GB RAM.

I asked a local IT shop guy in my town for budget processors (i'm inclined towards AMD), and he said he have A8 7650K, FX-6300, FX-4??? and FX-8??? (I forgot what he said).
I'm looking forward to buy an used gpu too. I haven't ask the shopkeeper but another local IT shop has GTX 750Ti, R9 270, and others.

Originally I wanted to buy Ryzen APU + other components but after I calculated everything, the price is still beyond my expectation. Of course I can buy them but I would have nothing left in my wallet D:

I would use the pc for games with open world settings like GTA V, Sleeping Dogs, etc, +maybe Fallout 4. For productivity, my hobby is drawing with Paint Tool SAI and maybe another programs like Krita, GIMP.

So, what processor is better for me?
Please suggest me another processor and I will ask the shopkeeper if they have it.

don't buy either one. they're all old and not much of an upgrade for you. if you're going to get or build a new PC with AMD parts go RYZEN. there's no sense in wasting your time and money with anyone who would recommend those chips for one and if you do you will be struggling to keep up with modern applications. don't go FX or A series. they're both the same thing, outdated
