Fx6300 poor performance

hey guys!

ive noticed on many of my games ive been getting terrible fps drops 60 that spikes to 14

the only way i have currently resovled this is buy lowering my fx6300 cpu affinity on games from all cores to just one
that is the only solution i have found

do you guys know why this is hapening or another way to fix this performance issue cheers

games this hapens on: witcher2 , rust, garrys mod, cs: go, chivalry

my full system is
4gb ram
asrock 970 r3
fx6300
r9 280x 3gb

Check for viruses. Did you install anything new lately? I assume this is a new problem and the computer was working fine?

If the turbo is on try switching it off in the Bios and see if that helps

ok are you using the stock cooler check ur temps and have you overclocked ur system ?

Check your cpu/gpu usage and temps while you're gaming, try using msi afterburner.

temps are fine no viruses and turbo is off
