FX8150 Cooler <155mm

Hello, I have an AMD FX 8150 and I need a new cooler for it. I would like something that is nearly silent at idle and fits in the Thermaltake Versa H23. The coolers height must be less than 155mm(6.1in). As it says here. This is the case I am planning on purchasing. But I cannot find a cooler that will fit and is quiet. I would prefer not to mess with water cooling, and would like something under $75 if possible. Everything I have read says that the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo is best for my CPU, but it doesn't fit. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I'd look for a cooler that blows down, so some cool air gets on your voltage regulators and other MB components. Have you looked at this type at all ?

The 212 EVO gets a lot more attention than it deserves for the AM3+ platform. It falls on it's face when pushed near 200W or beyond. There are many other superior HSF's for Zambezi and Vishera 8 core chips.
