FX8320 for sever use, Underclocking and Undervolting help

I wanna buy and build a server but i don't wanna use opteron
i prefer to use the FX8320
The biggest problems with the main stream CPU is the life time.
so i hope i get more life from the CPU if i Underclocking and Undervolting from 3.5 to 3 or less and whatever volts the specific CPU can stay stable.

Some guide how to under Underclocking the CPU?

This is the build that i think i am going to buy
the motherboard i no is lite overkill but i need durability as possible.

I assume this is because of power consumption (CPUs last practically forever, although low voltages will help some). I suppose the inverse of overclocking- undervolt until unstable, then underclock.

If you use it as is it should easily last 15 years; I've never seen a CPU fail within the time it was in service (max 15 years, but they usually are retired after 6-12 years).
