FX8350 h50 vs aircooler

So I have an H50 right now in a push pull configuration on my 8350. I am trying to decide whether or not to go with a high end aircooler or a better closed loop system. I am overclocking currently but i think i can get higher, I am at 4.4Ghz right now at 1.425 volts on an asrock extreme 9, I really want to avoid watercooling from now on, so any good recommendation for aircooling it? I have a NZXT phantom so space shouldn't be an issue.

NH-D14, as long as you have low-profile RAM without huge heatsinks on them. It will out perform the H50 by a pretty good amount.
