FX8350 Temp Range

Is my FX8350 too hot for idle at 32- 34C? I recently changed my CPU fan to max out when it hits 30C so is this temperature ok for just browsing the web and some non demanding programs? I'm using a cooler master tx3 evo with two noctua NF-A9X14 PWM fans.

Those temps are OK, try to stay under 55C under full load (62C is the absolute max).

Those temps are really good, even if you want to go for gaming, they will still be good. As long as they are under 65-70C under full load, then you are fine.

AMD FX shuts down at 85C, but you should not reach that temp.

Thanks, I get around 46C when gaming and probably around 50C when playing CPU intensive games.

[strike]FX chips should never go over 62C and they throttle at 70C.[/strike]
