So I am in the middle of building my system and I can purchase the FX8350 from an online distributor for $199.99 CAD vs the 8320 I bought from local for 189.99, just need thoughts and opinions on this build ? Also what is the best Graphics card for this type of build ?

Case: NZXT S340 white
PSU: EVGA SuperNova B2 750W
RAM : G.Skill Ripjaw 2x4gb
MOBO: MSI 970 Gaming
SSD: Samsung evo 850 250gb
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD
Evo212 Cooler

I appreciate all input and advice, I would go Intel but the budget does not allow me to currently.

Understandable, Did I make the wrong choice with the 8320 ? How long do you think said build will be appropriate for 2-3 Years or should I upgrade once zen comes out ?

Most people , on most motherboards , with good cooling can get the FX 8320 into the 4.4 - 4.5 Ghz range .

IMO this is more than you need for these chips . After about 4.2 Ghz you get rapidly increasing power usage and only incremental gains in most performance scenarios.

IMO buy the 8320 . You can OC it enough to be useful
You made a good choice .

Zen looks very interesting . Time will tell how well its going to work .
The technology looks good though with Samsung [ and GloFo] looking to be ahead of intel at this time

Outlander answered a question I had as well. (helped a neighbor build a computer, (8320) and we could only get it to 4.2 before issues. backed down to 4.1x and it's been there for over a year without any issues.....
