FXAA Quality? Anti Aliasing

Hi,
I'm just wondering why reviews use FXAA. Is this a good solution to use? Is it better than MSAA?

I wouldn't think so, but all the reviews I read use FXAA which tend to throw off the real world FPS.

From my understanding, FXAA is actually the fastest algorithm and lightest in terms of additional load on the system, unless that's changed recently.

Yeah, I figured as much... I guess making it the lowest quality AA.

Fast does not equate to worst. Different forms of AA use different algorithms and occur at different steps in the frame rendering process. What's best really is dependent on the user.
