I've been messing around with the new G Hub Software to run my Logitech mouse and keyboard. It's meh. The interface is clumsy and the whole thing isn't very intuitive for the average user. The biggest pain in the @$$ is the automatic profile launching and switching- ist doesn't launch or switch to the game I open up. Every guide and manual I've read says the G Hub will open up the profiles connected to the game when I open in that path.

I created a main profile by pointing to the game's exe, made my adjustments to the DPI shifter and when I'm in G Hub, it works fine. I launch my game and back to the Desktop default (single cursor speed) it goes. I had to set the game as a persistent profile to get my settings to work in-game.

Another issue with the DPI shift is that the default up and down buttons don't change a thing.

I'm sorry I got rid of my old (really old) MS Sidewinder. It had three speeds, shifted on the fly quickly and displayed my current DPI. I'd like to have another mouse like that. Does Razer have any contenders? I like Logitech but this is crap. I'm spending more time tinkering with the mouse than playing and when I play in this state? Clobbered.

I have a G910, at first it let me bring my old default profile color scheme from LGS but recently an update broke it and won't let me select it again.

Although I have spare time now, I really didn't feel like making it again, so I am using a slow color wave on keyboard instead.

About only good thing over LGS is it recognises my screen scaling, I have a 4K screen running at 150% scaling, but LGS didn't notice and would show as 4k and really hard to read.

What I ended up doing was bringing this mouse back to the state of my old favorite Sidewinder. I set up a persistent profile that closely matches the Sidewinder so it's just like the old days.
Except that the 502 is skinny and I have to contort my fingers to change the pixel rate. It's also not very smooth in the low pixel sniper mode, but I can adjust to that.
Maybe I need to look into new gear to meet ergonomic needs. Other than that, I can work with this. The lights are only eye candy and aren't as important as the need for a mouse and gaming keyboard that match my "old guy" needs.

i had a MS Sidewinder KB & Mouse about 10 years ago, I miss the kb still. It was the one with the removable number pad, might still have that part around. SIdewinder X6 KB & possibly Sidewinder X8 Mouse (its been a while)

I only stopped using mouse when it stopped charging and instead of getting a new battery I bought a razer mouse/kb... I regretted that in a few months and swapped to a Steelseries Sensei that survived for about 8 years until it wore out, swapped to a aSteelseries Rival 600 only last year.
