I have GIGABYTE 990XA-UD3 rev 3.0 for motherboard and I bought a pair of G.Skill 4gb 2133 for ram because they were on sale. Now on the Gigabyte site it says that this motherboard Support for DDR3 2000(O.C.)/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules .
My CPU is the FX 8320, when I first assembled my PC my ram speed was 1600 MHz, now that I enabled XMP through bios it says 2133 MHz. That speed is higher than what my motherboard can support so I'm a little confused, will that make my system unstable or is there some other problems that I will face later on ?
