PC:
CPU-AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
MoBo-MSi b450m gaming plus
RAM-G.Skill 8Gx2 DDR4-3200

I have two 8 Gb sticks of RAM, said to run at 3200 MHz. It is labeled as DDR4-3200 and it is Intel XMP 2.0 Ready

However, the sticks show up as 1600 MHz both on CPU-Z and Windows Task Manager. I have set the XMP profile to both 2 and 1, with 2 being the one that is supposed to run at 3200 MHz (1 says it runs at 2933 MHz, and shows as 1066 Mhz which makes zero sense since it's not half of 2933).

I made sure the voltage for both my CPU and RAM are met so there's no faltering there and I have read on the forums before that there was something about Dual Data Rate cutting the showed ram in half on task manager, but it still shows it as 1600 in CPU-Z. On the motherboard settings, it shows the DDR speed as 3200 MHz so now I just don't know what is real.

Could someone verify that I'm using my RAM correctly so that I am using it to it's full capabilities?
Is my MoBo set up correctly?
