[SOLVED] G. Skill 4000mhz on b450 tomahawk max

Good evening. I would like to make a question and would appreciate your opinion. I want to buy this G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB DDR4-4000MHz (F4-4000C18D-16GVK) ram but i have a b450 tomahawk max with a ryzen 3600x and this ram isnt listed in my mobos compatible rams. Is this ram going to synchronize at 4000?

Most likely not with two modules installed, DDR4-4000 is stressful for any Ryzen CPU and especially B450 motherboard. X570 is typically recommended for maximum DRAM Frequency. Check the G.Skill RAM Configurator or QVL to see which motherboards have been proven capable.

3600mhz works well with 3rd gen Ryzen and will work on that motherboard, just make sure it's in the correct slots (A2/B2) & that XMP is enabled.
