G.skill 4gb issue on GA-P35-DS3L rev2 latest bios

Hi all, I am trying to run the settings below, but it will not post. The mobo powers up, fans spin, and then turns off. It does this 2 or 3 times then it finally boots up and my memory timings go from Manual to Auto, then it boots up fine.

Here is my RAM:
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK - Retail

As you can see, my memory settings keep getting reset, here is what cpu-z shows
