G.Skill DDR4 RAM differentiation?

Apart from the color choices, I can find no difference in the specifications for these two memory kits: http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/gskill-memory-f42400c15d16grr%2Cgskill-memory-f42400c15d16gvr/

That is
G.Skill Ripjaws 4 series 16GB (part F4-2400C15D-16GRR)
vs
G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 16GB (part F4-2400C15D-16GVR)

Price also seems identical.

G.Skill on their site says the following:

Ripjaws V
As the latest addition to the classic Ripjaws family, Ripjaws V series is the newest dual-channel DDR4 memory designed for maximum compatibility and cutting-edge performance with the 6th generation Intel core processors.

Ripjaws 4
G.SKILL Ripjaws 4 series performance DDR4 memory is designed for the ultimate experience on the latest Intel X99 platform! Whether you are processing large amounts of data or intense gaming, experience smooth system performance with the newest next-generation PC memory technology! All Ripjaws 4 memory kits are tested with G.SKILL’s extensive suite of testing software to ensure maximum

Apart from some hype, what am I missing?

Solution
Generally the advanced/secondary timings may/will/can differ like (tWR, tWTR, t/RFC, tRTP, tFAW, etc), where what you normally see are just the advertised base spec timings the tAA, tRCD, tRP and tRAS.
They have different heatsinks.
