I don't understand your post. Please describe in detail exactly what it is that you are wanting to do?

Are you looking for a different motherboard? What is the problem with your current one?

The one you have is compatible. It'll handle 3200MHz ram easily, upto 64Gb with no issue.

If you are having an issue, it's not with the motherboard, it's either the cpu or the ram.

Ryzen are not fond of 4 sticks, you might have to spend some time in bios, change ohms from 60 to 40, maybe bump the ram voltage 0.005v or bump the memory controller voltage 0.05v, to get the full 3200MHz, as mostly with 4 sticks you'll be somewhat limited to around 2400MHz.

You have 2 kits of ram. All of the sticks were tested prior at the factory, and guaranteed working, with the other stick in the kit. They were not tested as 2 kits. You become the tester. And there's no guarantee they will work, no matter if they are identical or not.

1 kit, 3200MHz, 16Gb, easy, no worries at all. 2 kits, 4 sticks, 3200MHz is at best problematic.

Got nothing to do with the motherboard.

Your problem, as mentioned by Karadjgne is twofold. Maybe threefold.

First, you have two separate kits. That isn't always a problem, but it isn't NEVER a problem either. In fact, it is OFTEN a problem, especially when the kits are outside of the JEDEC specifications, or "OC" speeds. Having four DIMMs that all came together in a matched set, make the chances that four sticks will run at their specified speeds and timings, or at all, much more likely.

Second, you have four sticks. Ryzen does not guarantee you will be able to use the "supported" memory speed once you add more than two DIMMs. It can, in some cases, but it can also NOT. And, additional tweaking of timings and DRAM voltage, may be necessary, but it is a lot more likely that you will have success if the DIMMs all came in one kit that were tested together for compatibility. As you can see at the following link, just having the same part number means nothing if they came from different production runs.

Other issues COULD include the board model, but yours is generally pretty compatible and doesn't seem to have many memory issues, or the memory itself. If there is a bad stick in one of the kits it might still "run", and even pass Memtest testing, but not want to run at the full advertised speed when other sticks are installed, but it MAY run at that speed by itself. Or, it may not. Testing each stick by itself, with no other sticks installed, could help you to find a stick that is problematic. It is very unlikely that the board is to blame.

Also, if there is a bent pin on the CPU, it could seem normal, but have a problem like this. That, is very much worth checking for.

that it meaning the big problem from the cpu not from the mobo i think the problem it in ryzen 2nd generation it works well with 2933 or 3000 and the AMD website write that on any ryzen 2nd generation,, and write on 3rd generation 3200 recommended

1) Use of multiple kits of memory have no guarantee to be compatible together. Memory manufacturers only guarantee compatibility when using one kit.

2) When populating more than two memory slots, you may see a drop in the supported memory speed depending on what processor you are using.

This is for Matisse cpus (Ryzen 3000 series) on B450 motherboards. SR is Single Rank, and DR is Dual Rank, the type of ram being used, NOT single or dual channel, which is where it is used and by how many sticks.

It's a limitation of the cpu, not the motherboard as such, but the best you can do is 2667MHz or 2933MHz depending on whether that flare-x is SR or DR chips, IF you use all 4 sticks. IF you use just 2 sticks, in A2/B2, you can get 3200MHz.
