G SKILL Memory says its 1066mhz but cant work if it isnt between 800-850mhz

So I bought this G Skill memory 2x2gb DDR2 1066Mhz 5-5-5-15 but it doesn't work on 1066 mhz, some tips for the cas latency time or smth?
its paired with 2x2gb DDR2 1066+MHZ 5-5-5-15 ADATA VITESTA Extreme Edition

yeah, try it by itself. mixing and matching memory isn't advisable.
