G-skill pc3-12800 2 x 4 gb Ripjaws config

I know that you have to change the settings in the BIOS for G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL. I haven't got my parts yet but I am just getting info. My motherboard is a AsRock n68c-gs-fx AMD FX 6300 What are the timings and BIOS setting that should be entered for this RAM? Thank you!
