[SOLVED] G SKILL ram is not detected by MOBO.

Hi, I just finished building my first pc and I have an issue with my ram sticks (G.SKILL 16GB 2x8GB 3000MHz CL16 Aegis)

My motherboard (Asus prime b600m a wifi ddr4) reads only one of the ram sticks, I tried putting them in these combinations:
2nd slot - the stick that works, 4th slot - the faulty stick

2nd slot - the faulty stick, 4th slot - the stick that works.

I also tried putting them alone, and my pc booted up only with the working stick alone.

Any other combination made the pc not find any dram, but sometimes I was able to enter the bios and see 16 gb of 2133 mhz memory. I have no idea what to do, can someone help me

I also want to say that on the asus website, it says that my ram is combatible

So your computer cannot boot only with one faulty stick? RMA it. They will want both of the sticks.
