I am looking to build my first "entry-level enthusiast pc" (in my words). I have been looking at memory for a while, and I have decided I will probably get the G.Skill Ripjaws 4 16GB kit, however I can't figure out why there is a $50 difference between these two kits: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231822&cm_re=F4-3000C15Q-16GRBB-_-20-231-822-_-Product
and

I can see that there is a slight timing difference (15-15-15-35 as compared to 15-16-16-35), but are those two -1 tighter timings really worth the price difference? I can't figure out why these two models of memory are so different in price. Can someone help me understand? And is the extra $50 worth it?
Thanks in advance!
