I bought a G.Skill 4GB RAM for my Asrock G41 Mobo but it is not Showing in my mobo

Please Tell Will it Support my mobo or Not... Thanks

Solution
Overclocking happens on the pc you want to use and is a BIOS setting. So if the pc won't start you can't do it.
That RAM just won't work with your board, in my opinion.
Officially that board only support up to 1066Mhz. It will take 1333Mhz RAM, but you would have to overclock the RAM.
Again, officially, the board should take up to 8Gb RAM as well, but looking at the RAM support list I see no 4Gb sticks from any manufacturer listed at all.
It is possible you have incompatible RAM. I have had several cases of these G41 boards that did not like 4Gb sticks, no matter what I did.

Well Can i Overclock this RAM for my Mobo :??:

Which you won't be able to do unless you get it to start, which I think is the problem. You can't.
