G.SKILL RIPJAWS KM780 MX has stopped working

Okay, I have windows 7 Ultimate. On one of my older computers, I unplugged my computer. The next day, I booted it back up and There was G.SKILL RIPJAWS KM780 MX has stopped working. I tried resetting the firmware, and it worked. But, it was difficult. The same thing is happening now.

They work fine. It's not the keyboard, it's the software. Well, at least I hope.
 


See if the keyboard is listed in Device Manager with an error or is in hidden devices. Only software the keyboard needs is the USB drivers, which are working if another keyboard works on the system. Does the keyboard work in the BIOS?
 
I made it so that I can view hidden devices, and when I want to Keyboards, it shows 2 HID keyboard devices. The keyboard software is for macros and lighting control. The keyboard works fine in the bios. In fact, I am typing this on my keyboard. Sorry for being a bit late
 


So keyboard is seen and working? Is the issue with the software for it and not the keyboard?
