G.Skill Sniper and CM Hyper 212 EVO clearance

I will be installing an Intel 4790K with a Cooler Master Hper 212 EVO cooler into an Asus Z97 Pro motherboard. I had also ordered 32gb of the G.Skill DDR3 PC3-17000 2133MHz Sniper Series (10-12-12-31) Quad Channel kit (4x8GB). Would anyone know if I would have enough clearance for this memory or would it bump into the fan?

No problem at all with the EVO, install the DRAM and attach the cooler just a hair higher then the top of the sticks, the EVO is height adjustable so can use any DRAM w/ it
