G.SKILL Trident and Phanteks Ph-TC14: will they fit together?

I am looking into getting 16GB(2x8) of G.SKILL Trident X 2400 memory. I was originally going to get 32GB(4x8) G.SKILL Ripjaws X 1866 memory because I was also ordering the Phanteks ph-tc14pe CPU heatsink and knew they fit. But I now realize 32GB is not necessary to start off with and the faster RAM is better. So, will the Phanteks ph-tc14pe CPU cooler fit with the G.SKILL Trident X memory? Thanks in advance!

It will all be on a Maximus V Formula motherboard. I have already bought the mobo, but not the RAM or CPU cooler. If you can find an equally functional CPU cooler that will fit the Trident RAM, that would work.

Yes, worst case scenario you can remove the red fins and they will fit under any cooler.
