Question G.skill Trident Z F4-3000C16D 8gbx2 recently installed, keep getting blue screens

bought new ram today and installed it in my Asus Strix b350f motherboard, keep getting blue screens with error code: Memory management and other memory-related codes. I installed my old ram and I am having no problems. I first changed the frequency in the bios to 3000mhz and changed the default dram voltage of 1.25v to a bit higher to see if it was a voltage problem, didn't solve the issue. I then decided to change the timings using the D.O.C setting which didn't work either. Can someone please let me know what I did wrong and if there is a fix.

Make sure RAM is installed in the correct slots. Enable XMP/DOCP. Make sure its operating at correct frequency. Also, you can set RAM voltage to 1.35v.

yeah, the ram was in dual channel and I had the DOCP setting on already and it changed the timings and the voltage to the correct settings but I still got blue screens.

Try 1.35v

Try updating your motherboard BIOS, had the same problem with my x370-f and my g skill trident z RAM
