Question G.Skill Trident Z Neo RGB Lighting

i recently bought G.Skill Trident Z Neo 16gb 2x8gb 3200mhz, i cant control the rgb lighting and its out of sync.

i already tried to control it using Dragon Center Mystic Light but the ram is not showing up, also tried the gskill app still not working

Here's my Specs

Ryzen 5 3600
MSI B450 Tomahawk Max (Updated to Latest Bios)
G.Skill Trident Z Neo 16GB (2x8GB) 3200mhz
Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 2060
Samsung Evo 860 SSD

i can control the rgb lighting now but it only stays for few seconds then goes back to rainbow cycle

Are you using the Mystic Light App that is Specific to your EXACT MB model ?

If not, then you need to Uninstall whatever version of Dragon Center/Mystic Light you are using Revo Uninstaller and then reboot.
Then Uninstall the TridentZ RGB software with Revo Uninstaller and reboot again.
If you don't use Revo Uninstaller then you need to run a Registry cleaner after you uninstall Dragon Center and Make sure ALL Dragon Center files and folders are deleted from your PC manually, then reboot.
Then Install the Correct Mystic Light version for Your Exact model Motherboard.

Also NEVER install more than one RGB control app, they will almost always conflict and cause issues.
