Question G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 doesn't work at 3200MHz ?

Hello everyone,

I have a computer with:

• RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 16GB (2x8GB) 3200MHz
• Motherboard: AX370 Gaming 3

I enabled XMR profile on the BIOS and there is specified 3200 MHz but Windows only show me 2133 MHz.

How could it solve this? Or maybe isn't the motherboard compatible with this speed?

What processor is in it and which ram slots are you using? Memory should be in the red slots for XMP to work.

Can you give us pictures of memory and spd tabs from cpuz please.

I'm using the RAM in red slots. This are my specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-AX370-Gaming 3
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 3.7GHZ BOX
RAM: G.Skill Trident Z RGB DDR4 3200 PC4-25600 2x8GB CL16
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 500GB x2
Power: EVGA 600 W1
Graphic Card: Gigabyte GeForce® RTX 2070 Windforce 8GB GDDR6
Sound Card: SounBlaster Z

Is XMP still set in Bios after you restart? Can you share pictures of Bios settings as well?

Check XMP is setting vram to 1.35v. Could try manually set speed.

I removed the RAM and setup again de XMR and the voltage in BIOS. It was like a bug.
