Hello i just bought: G.SKILLG.SKILL F3-17000CL11D-8GBXL 8GB (2X4GB) DDR3 PC3-17000 2133MHZ RIPJAWSX DUAL CHANNEL KIT.. but my cpu z presents 675DRAM freq.should i change bios options?

Sounds like you didn't activate the XMP profile.

You can find it in the BIOS, just set it to Profile 1 and you're done.

I can not lacate xmo profile in bios (latest), motherboard (Intel Desktop Board DX58SO),
i can only see manyal changing option.

You have a X58 mobo, and it's a Intel made mobo, supports up through 1600, can try manually to 1600, try with timings at 9-9-9-27 DRAM voltage 1.6 and if it allows raise the QPI/VTT + 0.04 from current setting
